Mateusz Grochowski, PhD
Associate Professor of Law
I am an Associate Professor at Tulane University School of Law, an Affiliated Fellow at the Yale Information Society Project, and a Corresponding Fellow at the Yale Center for the Study of Private Law. My work explores the intersection of private law and digital technologies, with a focus on online market regulation in the United States and the European Union. Currently, I focus on consumer rights, private regulation in the online platform economy, and algorithmic pricing. Beyond academia, I also work as an expert and advocate on market regulation and the digital economy.
